The 5,000-year old practice of Ayurveda

Daily #289

Hey there,

So today I’m going to share a bit about my journey with Ayurveda.

There’s a saying, "Health is wealth." During a visit around 2015 to Hawaii, I stayed with my friend Ty Robinson, who’s a fellow entrepreneur and real estate investor. He played this card game with me, which was created to help people understand their values more deeply.

After we played, I noticed that the card health came out on top above everything else. At that time, despite understanding the importance of health theoretically, I placed money and survival first due to fears of scarcity and judgment.

Mind you, this was almost a decade ago!
