So yesterday I tweeted about how I’m going to be focusing on distribution in 2024:
For the longest of times, I avoided direct marketing roles.
But after my first company/startup, I learned how much more important distribution is than product.
So in 2024, I’ll be focusing on this area more — specifically micro-distribution models.

I then started exploring micro-distribution models. This led me to explore the concept of a “micro-empire” throughout history in general, which led me to the story of Pachacuti Inca Yupanqui:
“Born around 1438, Pachacuti Inca Yupanqui played a crucial role in Inca history, notably for transforming the Inca state from a small regional kingdom into a formidable empire during the 15th century. Rising to the position of the ninth Sapa Inca (emperor) of the Inca Empire, Pachacuti is widely recognized as the "Inca's greatest conqueror." Guiding the Inca Empire under his leadership, Pachacuti orchestrated a significant expansion. He instigated a series of military campaigns that resulted in the conquest of various neighboring peoples and territories. His triumphs expanded the Inca realm from the highlands of modern-day Peru to extensive regions of South America, including parts of present-day Ecuador, Bolivia, and Chile.”
So I swung over to ChatGPT and started digging in further.
