So I recently got word that the nation of Palau has implemented a lot of what we planned to do with Tuvalu years ago. Both are located in the South Pacific.

A lot of this is what I tried to do for Tuvalu first, but Tuvalu failed to act on our initial proposals (stuck in-between Phase 1 and 2).
